In the capacity of her work at the Reut Institute for Strategic Thinking
she was involved in formulating policy and strategic guidance for local
authorities with respect to socio-economic development. At JDC-Israel’s
Institute for Leadership and Governance, she coordinated knowledge development
processes and training for the Institute’s programs, and for various
organizations such as the Van Leer Institute, Shatil, and the Association for
Civil Rights in Israel, she developed curricula and training programs in the
area of civic involvement.
She holds an MA degree in educational and clinical child psychology from
the Hebrew University (2002) and is a graduate of the Mandel Leadership Institute’s
Program for Youth Leadership in the Periphery (2006).
