Sima Guttman: Deputy director of the National Training Center in the Content, Programs, Training and In-Service Education Division in the Ministry of Education’s Society and Youth Administration. In her capacity in that role, she is involved in developing content and promoting concepts of education for values and informal education. She is also involved in professional development of head teachers, teachers and officials in the field of social education. Previously, she taught social-community education at the Orot Israel, Beit Berl, Lifshitz and Efrata colleges.

She holds a BA degree in geography and English and an MA degree in historical geography. She is a graduate of the Mofet Institute’s Research and Evaluation Program and Educational Dialog Program.
