Head of the Social Involvement Unit at the Kibbutzim College of Education. Lecturer at Tel Aviv University’s School of Education and a post-doctoral fellow at the Mofet Institute. His three main areas of research and teaching are: informal education and social change organizations, innovative pedagogy and, parent-teacher relations.

He holds a PhD degree in the sociology of education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
