An Associate Professor in the Law Faculty at the University of Haifa. His areas of interest are property law, law and technology, telecommunication law, privacy law and e-commerce. His research focuses on the Internet, Information privacy, communications and other topics related to law and technology. He is a member of Israel Internet Association's Infrastructure Steering Committee. Professor Zarsky holds a JSD (2004) from Columbia University (NY, US).
