Adjunct professor in the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; mediator working within the framework of the Gevim Institute. For 14 years, from 1995 to 2009, she served as the district attorney for the Southern District. Previously, she served as a prosecutor in the Jerusalem District Attorney's office, was the legal advisor for the State of Israel's economic mission in New York, and directed the Criminal Division in the State Attorney's Office. Adv. Leibowitz holds an LLB in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, received in 1971.
